Talk Tactics was co-founded by higher education professors and experienced business owners Dr. Candice Karako and Kaylee Lindgren, ABD, who are passionate about helping mission-driven organizations communicate with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
With over 30 years of combined experience, Candice and Kaylee have taught communication, leadership, and media strategy at the college level while building and running businesses of their own. They understand how to turn ideas into action—and how strategic communication drives real results.
Talk Tactics was created to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application. Whether working with small businesses, private schools, nursing homes, or churches, they bring a values-driven, practical approach that empowers clients to lead with purpose and communicate with impact.
