Dr. Candice Karako specializes in leadership communication, executive development, and organizational leadership. Drawing on more than two decades of experience in higher education, leadership development, and organizational consulting, she partners with leaders to strengthen communication, build high-performing teams, and develop leadership strategies that foster lasting organizational growth.
Her work emphasizes practical leadership development, executive coaching, and communication strategies that improve collaboration, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
Dr. Kaylee Lindgren is a strategic communication and organizational culture consultant, researcher, and educator who partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve communication systems, and build healthy organizational cultures. Her work combines doctoral research, psychology, and practical consulting to help leaders navigate complex communication challenges with clarity and strategic purpose.
Her research focuses on the relationship between strategic communication and organizational culture, and she developed the Talk Tactics Communication Intelligence Framework™, along with the Talk Tactics Communication Model™, TALK Method™, and Lead with Clarity™ leadership workshop. Dr. Lindgren is passionate about transforming organizations through evidence-informed consulting, equipping leaders with practical communication strategies that create lasting organizational impact.
